NENA Town Hall: Cloverleaf Development Update

Outlaw Partners presented information related to their new concept plans for the 2-acre lot owned by Bronken's Distributing on Thursday, February 23, 2023 during a NENA Town Hall.
The Outlaw Partners are proposing 46 townhomes and 64 apartments on the 2-acre lot for a total of 110 units.
They were given approval for 2.2 million in TIF funds to help build infrastructure in exchange for the promise of 14 affordable units and a height restriction to 4 stories.
